I have been Havening since 2015 I love the changes Havening makes and became a trainer last year. I also work  with people of all ages 1 to 1 and in groups. The power of the internet means I can work with you where ever you are.  I am passionate about empowering people to change their lives by healing past trauma, which in turn leads to new possibilities and changing capabilities. I work with people of all ages. My background is in supporting young people and their families who come under the mental health umbrella. I worked closely with CAMHS, young people, schools, and in hospitals for over 18years. I am a Mum of two and an adopted child. I have been Havening since 2015. I am a Certified Havening Practitioner and Certified Havening Trainer with a background in Counselling, CBT. Transactional Analysis, Hypnosis, NLP, TimeLine Therapy, Belief Change Practitioner. Mental Health First Aider, Suicide Awareness, Chakras and Autism. I work 1 to 1 with Clients in groups and for two adoption and foster agencies as an Independent Panel Member. My passion for Havening has led me to become a trainer where I am looking forward to sharing this new technique that gives quick lasting amazing results.
